Need some advice on Sea Crest, Breakers, Long Bay... Help!

I need some real honest advice about Sea Crest, Breakers, and Long Bay. I want to make reservations as soon as possible as we would like to go away at the end of June.. Yikes.. so soon. I have been investigating MB for awhile.. Decided not to go, but now it is back on again..

Please give me some advice on which hotel is the best for a family of 5... 2 teenagers (17 %26amp; 19) and a 9 year old.

Would like to be on the beach.. want nice water amenities and nice room.

I was also looking at Best Western Grand Strand as some have suggested.. but the pictures of the hotel make it look small and dumpy.

I also have been looking at the Radisson, but it is not on the beach.

Help! Please!!!!!!!!!! Thanks in advance!

I usually always stay at the sea crest. We love it.It is close to everything.Your older boys will love being close to the action and Family Kingdom amusement park.I think your 9 year old will be thrilled with all the pools, lazy river, and the beach there. If you and your husband like to have a drink by the pool this is the place. They have a nice dj there.Let me know if you have any specfic questions. The rooms are clean and nice.

We%26#39;re only 4 1/2 hrs from Myrtle so we frequent it several times a year. I would suggest the Breakers (Paradise Tower) is the newest (we stayed there at New Yrs) it also has lots of pools, a pirates ship that has water shooting out and is close to pier 14 %26amp; the rides. We also stayed at the Camelot last yr and are going back in Aug same area, clean %26amp; nice. The Roxanne is new but I%26#39;ve read it%26#39;s going downhill quick - same area but not much pool stuff. I%26#39;ve heard the Patricia Grand has upgraded we%26#39;ve stayed there several times but started to go downhill - lots of pool but not in an area for teens to walk to stuff. Only other suggestion is the Ocean Dunes/Sand Dunes - it is in another area but lots of water activities and has always been nice when we went. Good luck you are pushing it with time.
