Breakers Help

I booked a hotel at the Breakers Paradise Tower. Anyone stay there that could comment on it. Should i keep my reservation or not? Its just me and my girlfriend, we are not super picky, just a clean room, close to some attractions. Ive been reading reviews for the last week and still dont know what to think.

Let me just tell you that I went to Paradise Tower in March of this year. Very clean rooms, and we had a great time, you can walk to so many things. (Loved having Starbucks across the street!) The one thing I would say negative about the place is... they don%26#39;t have a great outdoor pool. There is one in front of North Tower and also the pirate ship for little ones. If I were staying in Myrtle Beach on a summer trip, I would be disappointed in the outdoor area, unless you are planning on spending all your time at the beach. We are returning in July, and we are not staying there because of that reason. Our spring break is already planned at the breakers though. Have fun.

Thanks for the help biggun. Im thinking I%26#39;ll probably keep this room since the hotel itself sounds ok and im getting down to the last minute. Will probably look for a hotel with a better pool area next year though.
